It is automatic cancellation if we get a chance to fill the stations as per our choice otherwise we will remain
at our present station if no seat is vacant as per our choice posting. It depends on how our lawyers pursue our case. But those who have filed fresh MA applications may be considered with reference to the Delhi CAT decision. KVS still has not decided anything in favour of teachers. Even after cancellation, we will not have any vacant stations left by next year. KVS can then again displace us. Need to understand. Read again and try to understand. Fresh MA is required to be filed for filling stations as soon as possible for those who have not filed yet. Consult your lawyers giving reference to Delhi CAT.
Delhi CAT has given the case in favour of 81 teachers only by mentioning that it should not be considered as a precedent for other cases. It is clear that still KVS has time of 3 weeks to consider it. It is to be seen how KVS reacts. But all other teachers need to file fresh MA in court for giving them a chance to fill five choices as per the transfer policy of 2021 or 2023 at the earliest as there are some seats vacant still otherwise they will fill seats with LDE and Direct recruitment and by next year no seat will be vacant. If we all get a chance to fill it means administrative transfers will be cancelled automatically. If more MAs( Miscellaneous Applications) are filed soon, it would put pressure on KVS to take some positive steps soon in favour of teachers. The verdict of Delhi CAT is applicable for 81 so-called teachers who didn't share anything and lost the opportunity in court for staying transfer process for the benefit of all. As we could have got the chance along with all the teachers to fill the five stations again and then everyone could have been accommodated as per choice stations and it would have been real justice.
